Coverage of Promo:
This promo is open to all customers who will purchase Mercedes-Benz units included in this program from any of the following Mercedes-Benz branches within the promo period:
- Mercedes-Benz Greenhills
- Mercedes-Benz Alabang
- Mercedes-Benz Cebu
1. Eligibility:
- The winner must reside in the Philippines and must be 18 years old and above, with a valid government-issued ID.
- The winner must allow himself /herself to be features in all publicly materials connected to the promo.
- Employees of Inchcape Philippines, its partner agencies, suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
- Employees of IC Star Automotive Inc., Inchcape Philippines, its promo partners, agencies, suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
- Participants can only win once. If the winner drawn more than once, he/ she will receive the higher value
2. How to Join:
With the qualified units (see table), comes with ticket equivalent from any participating Mercedes-Benz dealership.
To Register for the raffle promo:
- The customer must fill out an online form with their complete name, age, address, contact number and email address, sales invoice number and dedicated raffle entry number to be provided by the Sales Consultant from Mercedes Benz Philippines.
- Customers may submit raffle entries starting from August 15 to September 12, 2026, until 7pm.
- An e-raffle entry confirmation will immediately be generated and sent to the email address provided by the customer.
- The online form must be filled out using only the official device of the Mercedes-Benz Branch, where the sale took place.
- The deadline of the raffle entries is on September 12, 2026, Saturday. Any entry after the given dates will not be included on the raffle draw
3. Raffle Draw:
- The raffle draw will take place at Inchcape Philippines head office, Greenhills. A DTI representative will be supervised by a company representative & DTI Representative within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries.
- Raffle draw will be held on September 14, 2026, Monday (1) winner will be drawn at, 1:00PM
4. Prize:
- One Winner, good for two (2) – inclusive of Business Class Airline Ticket, Concorde Singapore Premiere Club Hotel, WTA Platinum Ticket
- Each prize is transferable and not convertible to cash.
5. Notification and Prize Claiming:
- Winners will be notified immediately by Mercedes-Benz representative via registered mail, phone call, or email.
- Winners will also be announced via Official Company/Mercedes-Benz Philippines social media pages and website.
- To claim, winners must present:
- Valid ID (matching the raffle entry)
- Deadline to claim the prize is 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within the period will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
6. Other Terms:
- Winners may be featured in post-promo marketing content, subject to consent.
- All promo decisions made by IC Star, in concurrence with DTI, are final.
- Prizes with a value exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00) awarded to an individual winner is subject to final withholding tax under Section 24(B)(1) of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, as amended, and that the applicable rate depends on the tax classification of the winner.
- IC Star Automotive Inc. shall act as withholding agent and shall bear, withhold and remit to the Bureau of Internal Revenue the final withholding tax due on each prize. Where the winner is a juridical entity or is otherwise not subject to final withholding tax under Section 24(B)(1), the prize shall be released without withholding and the winner shall be solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax due thereon.
- The final withholding tax shall accrue, and shall be withheld and remitted, upon the winner’s actual availment of the product service, and not upon the announcement of the winners. No final withholding tax shall be due in respect of any prize forfeited.
- The winners can only avail of the complimentary product service within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail notification.
