Promo Mechanics

1. Promo Period is from June 4, 2025 to July 31, 2025

Raffle Draw Dates:

• June Draw: July 11, 2025, Friday
• July Draw: August 8, 2025, Friday

 

2. Coverage:

This promo is open to all customers who will purchase Mercedes-Benz units included in this program from any of the following Mercedes-Benz branches within the promo period:

1. Mercedes-Benz Greenhills
2. Mercedes-Benz Bonifacio Global City
3. Mercedes-Benz Alabang
4. Mercedes-Benz Cebu

 

3. Eligibility:

- The winner must reside in the Philippines and must be 18 years old and above, with a valid government-issued ID.

- The winner must allow himself /herself to be features in any and all publicly materials connected to the promo.

- Employees of Inchcape Philippines, its partner agencies, suppliers, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.

 

4. How to Join:

- Per every vehicle purchase with every Php1,000,000 value equates to 1 raffle entry from any participating Mercedes-Benz dealership.

- To Register for the raffle promo:

1. The customer must fill out an online form with their complete name, age, address, contact number and email address, sales invoice number and dedicated raffle entry number to be provided by the Sales Consultant from Mercedes Benz Philippines, IC Star.
2. An e-raffle entry confirmation will immediately be generated and sent to the email address provided by the customer.
3. The online form must be filled out using only the official device of the Mecedes-Benz Branch, where the sale took place.
4. The deadline of the raffle entries is subdivided to 2 cut-off schedules:

• June entries cutoff: July 1, 2025, 7:00 PM
• July entries cutoff: August 1, 2025, 7:00 PM

Any entry after the given dates will not be included on the raffle draw.

 

5. Raffle Draws:

- Two (2) raffle draws will be conducted:

- June Draw: One (1) winner will be drawn on July 11, 2025, 1:00PM

- July Draw: One (1) winner will be drawn on August 8, 2025, 1:00PM

- The raffle draw will take place at Inchcape Philippines head office, Greenhills. A DTI representative will be invited to witness the raffle draw.

 

6. Prizes:

- June Winner: One Winner, good for two (2) – inclusive of Airline Ticket, Hotel Accommodations, F1 Ticket

- July Winner: One Winner, good for two (2) – inclusive of Airline Ticket, Hotel Accommodations, F1 Ticket

- Each prize is transferable and not convertible to cash.

 

7. Notification and Prize Claiming:

- Winners will be notified immediately by Mercedes-Benz representative via registered mail, phone call, or email.

- Winners will also be announced via Official Company/Mercedes-Benz Philippines social media pages and website.

• To claim, winners must present:

1. Valid ID (matching the raffle entry)
2. Notification letter / email
3. Original winning receipt / stub
4. Deadline to claim the prize is 15 days from receipt of notification. Prizes not claimed within the period will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.

 

8. Other Terms:

• Winners may be featured in post-promo marketing content, subject to consent.
• All promo decisions made by IC Star, in concurrence with DTI, are final.
