Coverage of Promo:

This promo is open to all customers who will purchase Mercedes-Benz units included in this program from any of the following Mercedes-Benz branches within the promo period:

1. Mercedes-Benz Greenhills

2. Mercedes-Benz Alabang

3. Mercedes-Benz Cebu

1. Eligibility:

All qualified purchases made within the promo period shall be entitled to participate in the corresponding monthly raffle draw, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

The promotion is open to individual Filipino consumers of legal age who purchase any brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicle from any authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Philippines during the promo period.

To qualify:

1. The participant must purchase any brand-new Mercedes-Benz vehicle during the promo period.

2. The purchase must be supported by valid sales documentation issued by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealership.

3. The participant must complete the required raffle registration and submit the required information and documents within the prescribed period.

4. The participant must provide accurate and complete contact information.

5. The participant must comply with all other requirements stated in these official mechanics.

Excluded from the promotion are employees of Inchcape Philippines, Inc., Mercedes-Benz Philippines/authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, event partners directly involved in the promotion, and their respective immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.

Government and corporate/institutional purchases shall not qualify, unless otherwise approved by DTI.

 2. How to Qualify:

Every qualified purchase of any brand-new Mercedes-Benz model made during the promo period shall earn raffle entries as follows (See table): 

3. Raffle Winner:

There shall be two (2) winners during the entire promo period. Each winner will win 2 tickets.

1. The raffle draw will take place at Inchcape Philippines head office, Greenhills. A DTI representative will be supervised by a company representative & DTI Representative within 14 days from deadline of submission of entries.

2. Raffle draw will be held on September 14, 2026, Monday (1) winner will be drawn at, 1:00PM

4. Raffle Draw Procedure:

• The raffle shall be conducted through a random drawing of qualified raffle entries.

• All qualified raffle entries shall be consolidated and placed in a secure database prior to the draw.

• Raffle draw will be conducted electronically. Raffle procedure is attached.

• The draw shall be conducted in the presence of a representative from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), where required, and/or in accordance with the requirements of the approved DTI Sales Promotion Permit.

• The winning participants shall be verified against the official customer and sales records of the participating Mercedes-Benz dealership.

• In the event that the drawn entry is found to be disqualified, invalid, incomplete, or does not meet the requirements of these mechanics, another entry shall be drawn until a qualified winner is determined.

5. Prize:

Each of the two winners shall receive:

Two (2) Platinum Tickets to the Alex Eala Live Tennis Match on December 8, 2026, with each Platinum Ticket inclusive of:

1. Admission to the Platinum seating/category for the Alex Eala Live Tennis Match on December 8, 2026;

2. Meet-and-Greet Dinner with Alex Eala / designated event participants on December 7, 2026, as included in the Platinum Ticket entitlement;

3. Chauffeured transportation for two (2) persons from Mercedes-Benz Greenhills to the Meet-and-Greet Dinner venue on December 7, 2026 and back

4. Chauffeured transportation for two (2) persons from Mercedes-Benz Greenhills to the Philippine Arena on December 8, 2026 back

Prize Value

Each winner shall receive two (2) Platinum Tickets with a stated value of PHP 63,706.00 per ticket, or a total ticket value of:

PHP 127,412.00

The prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash, subject to DTI approval and the final terms imposed by the event/ticket provider.

6. Winner Notification:

• Each winner shall be notified through the contact details provided during raffle registration.

• The winners will be notified via registered mail, as well as through email and SMS.

• The winners will also be posted through the official Mercedes-Benz Philippines social media channels and/or other official communication channels, subject to applicable privacy laws and regulations.

• The winner shall be required to present valid identification and documents necessary to establish his/her identity and eligibility.

7. Requirements for Claiming the Prize:

The winner shall present the following:

1. At least one (1) valid government-issued identification card;

2. Proof of purchase of the qualified Mercedes-Benz vehicle;

3. The original or duly authenticated raffle registration/entry confirmation, if applicable;

4. Other documents that may reasonably be required for verification; and

5. Any additional documentation required by DTI or the event/ticket organizer.

If the winner is unable to personally claim the prize, the designation of an authorized representative shall be subject to the requirements of DTI and the Sponsor.

8. Claiming of the Prize:

The winner shall be entitled to claim the prize within the period prescribed by the DTI-approved mechanics and applicable regulations.

The prize shall be released only after successful verification of the winner's identity and eligibility.

The Sponsor shall document the release and acceptance of the prize through the appropriate acknowledgment or prize receipt.

9. Event Ticket Conditions:

• The two (2) Platinum Tickets are subject to the official terms, conditions, event rules, venue regulations, and security procedures imposed by the event organizer and/or ticket provider.

• The Meet-and-Greet Dinner and event participation are subject to the schedule, venue, and program determined by the event organizer.

• The Sponsor shall not be responsible for changes to the event schedule, venue, program, or other event-related arrangements made by the event organizer, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and DTI-approved promotional mechanics.

10. Chauffeured Transportation:

The chauffeured transportation benefit shall cover:

December 7, 2026

• Mercedes-Benz Greenhills → Meet-and-Greet Dinner venue

• Return transport to Mercedes-Benz Greenhills, as applicable

December 8, 2026

• Mercedes-Benz Greenhills → Philippine Arena

• Philippine Arena → Mercedes-Benz Greenhills

Transportation shall be provided for the winner and one (1) companion only.

The transportation service shall be provided at the designated schedules determined by the Sponsor.

Transportation outside the stated routes and schedules shall not form part of the prize.

11. Privacy and use of Information:

By participating in the promotion, qualified participants authorize the Sponsor to collect and process their personal information for purposes necessary to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the raffle, notify winners, release prizes, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Any publication of a winner's name shall be limited to what is necessary for the administration and announcement of the promotion and shall be subject to applicable privacy laws and regulations.

USE OF WINNER'S NAME AND IMAGE

By accepting the prize, each winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, and/or video footage taken in connection with the raffle, prize awarding, Meet and Greet Dinner, and Alex Eala Live event for Mercedes-Benz promotional, advertising, and social media purposes, without further compensation, subject to applicable laws and regulations. The Sponsor may publish or reproduce such materials through its official social media channels, website, digital platforms, and other promotional materials. Any use of personal information shall be subject to the Sponsor's applicable Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11. Taxes and Expenses:

All applicable taxes and government charges arising from the prize shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and DTI regulations.

Personal expenses not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to meals, beverages, accommodation, incidental expenses, and other personal costs, shall be for the account of the winner and companion.

12. General Conditions:

1. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these official mechanics and the terms and conditions of the DTI-approved Sales Promotion Permit.

2. Only qualified entries received and registered within the prescribed period shall be included in the raffle.

3. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries and supporting documents.

4. Any fraudulent, falsified, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entry shall be disqualified.

5. No employee of the Sponsor, participating dealerships, agencies, or their immediate family members up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity may participate.

6. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure of communication resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information supplied by the participant.

7. Any change in the approved mechanics, promotion period, draw date, draw venue, eligibility requirements, prize, or other material terms shall be subject to prior DTI approval.

8. In case of unforeseen circumstances affecting the conduct of the promotion or the event, the Sponsor shall comply with the applicable DTI rules and secure the necessary approval for any material changes.

9. All disputes relating to the promotion shall be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine laws, rules, regulations, and DTI requirements.
